Wendell's Bio:

Wendell and his twin sister Pearle are sweetest little goats you will ever meet. Since they were born at night when it was less than 11 degrees out, they spent their first night in the house with bottles. They next day their mom Vanessa, took them right back to nurse and has been our herd's best mother. 

We had to put different colored coats on Pearle and Wendell from the start as they are both solid silky white with wattles. He has possibly the thickest fleece in our herd (which is why his sister has already been sold). We are expecting a Type A/B fiber from Wendell.

You may be wondering why he is called "Dr. Wendell"... One of the girls came up with the name Wendell, and someone else laughed and said that it sounded like a dentist's name. The rest of the story is history.

Wendell is extremely fast little guy but the most docile goat we have ever met. He doesn't fuss with shots or hoof trimming - he is very even tempered. He is very people friendly but does not like to chased - he can and will out run everyone! However, once you pick him up he is content to stay in your arms forever!
