 Pygora fiber is considered a luxury fiber because it is a very fine fiber with a beautiful halo. Pygora fiber can be more expensive than other fibers for many reasons but the main reason is the limited amount of fleece produced on each goat per year.
We strive to produce high quality pygora fibers for spinners and crafters. We personally hand shear all of our pygora fiber.
We offer raw fiber and commercially washed and dehaired pygora fiber. During dehairing most of the guard hairs have been removed, leaving the soft downy undercoat of fiber.
Our fibers are offered in natural colors ranging from white to caramel and dark brown to black.
