Gideon's Bio:
Gideon and his twin sister, Streudel, looked almost identical when they were born except that Trudy had slightly more black on the top of her head. As he has grown, he has developed a beautiful fleece that looks silver but is actually a medium caramel color when the black guard hair is removed. Gideon is a very gentle buck and loves attention.
When he was little, we would hold him on our lap for hoof trimming. You would think that he was in heaven - he would lay his head on your arm and close his eyes. Even when we were done trimming he would be still fast asleep and we would have to wake him up!
Gideon and Beowulf have become tight buddies. They are almost never farther than 6 feet away from each in their 1 and 3/4 acre pasture!
